Vale Care Services Ltd is a fast growing Cardiff based Healthcare provider. We are now looking to hire an organized, confident and efficient person to join our team.
The Role:
- Assisting the HR management team with the recruitment process
- Responsible in generating invoices in a timely manner
- Maintaining spreadsheet containing clients' invoice details
- Answering phones, emails and dealing with general customer enquiries
- Monitoring and updating CRM system
- Assist with staff and citizen monitoring
- Typing up Care plans and updating client profiles
- On call duties on a rota basis 1 week a month
The Candidate must have:
- Great attitude and ability to be a team player
- An interest in engaging with people over the phone and in person
- Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management
