Vale Care Services Ltd is a fast growing Cardiff based Healthcare provider. We are now looking to hire an organized, confident and efficient person to join our team.

The Role:

  • Assisting the HR management team with the recruitment process
  • Responsible in generating invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintaining spreadsheet containing clients' invoice details
  • Answering phones, emails and dealing with general customer enquiries
  • Monitoring and updating CRM system
  • Assist with staff and citizen monitoring
  • Typing up Care plans and updating client profiles
  • On call duties on a rota basis 1 week a month

The Candidate must have:

  • Great attitude and ability to be a team player
  • An interest in engaging with people over the phone and in person
  • Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management
